Oh Tax Return
I can't wait to get my tax return. I plan on starting up my nintendo collection by buying another Wii. If I have enough money left, I'm going to get a retro duo, and maybe an N64. This may be another 3 weeks.

Startropics

Barry brought over Startropics and is at chapter 5, needing help with that. I downloaded the rom cart and while he watched some tv, got up to where he was with Game Genie codes, and a little bit further. Startropics can be frustrating but the final chapters are worth it because the game really switches gears. I've beaten it once back when I was 8 or 9 years old I think, without codes or game guides. There is a glitch in chapter 7, I think, that has a heart container that you can get, then go in and back out and get it again, until full heart containers.
He played it and got about where I was but got frustrated, so is now playing castlevania.

The Shenmue
Sunday, I got to see Shenmue a little bit more. I seen it once, but saw it played a little bit longer. Some of the situations are pretty neat. The voice acting is just a little bit better than Resident Evil for the PSOne at some points.

Shining Force and Legend of Zelda Updates
I have been working heavily on Shining Force, and I broke down and used codes. Using the knowledge on GameFAQs, I went and have acquired every character. I am now on the last several fights.
Zelda, I used GameFAQs as well and while my hands started to hurt trying out a few of the mini-games, I got 25 mail letters sorted. It appears that to really complete the game, one needs to get a gameboy advance and use Tingle Tuner, and I already lost at trying to get a complete game and a beaten game at the same time, because I missed out on the first few pictographs I could have gotten from enemies and catching a picture of... well... I won't spoil it for those who haven't played the game the whole way through. I have gotten many powerups, killed a few of the giant squids. I hear of a twelve eyed squid. That will be a challenge. I tried the 500 hit challenge with Orca for a piece of heart but I got to 400 and messed up. I tried it again but after I failed again, my hands started to hurt.
I would like to get a gameboy advance again in order to get everything on Windwaker, but since Backloggery is not functional there's no real reason.
